Clustering and phase change processes are highly important in Physics, Materials Research and Chemistry - including Nanotechnology. Condensation and evaporation, crystallization and melting or segregation processes in solutions, self-organization of nano-films, formation of micellar solutions, formation and growth of diamonds all are examples of the many scientific and technological applications. Therefore the formulation of a general theory is of vital interest to the workgroups and communities involved. The renowned Lifschitz-Slezov-Wagner Theory is applicable to all above mentioned processes. The author is one ofthe fathers of this theory. Thus the proposed work will be a crucial publication, which at the same time fills a gap in the literature, since no direct competitor is present.
